Return & Refund Policy

At Food Master, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we follow strict return and refund guidelines to ensure quality, safety, and hygiene.

1. No Returns on Food Products

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food items once they have been delivered, except in specific cases outlined below.

2. Eligible Cases for Return or Refund

You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received an incorrect item (different from what was ordered)

  • The package was tampered with at the time of delivery

3. Reporting an Issue

To report an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

4. Inspection & Approval

  • All return or refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by Food Master.

  • We reserve the right to reject claims if the product has been used, opened, or tampered with (except in cases of damage or defect).

5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.

6. Replacement Policy

  • If eligible, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.

  • Replacements are subject to product availability.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Promotional or clearance sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)

9. Shipping Damage Responsibility

  • Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery.

  • Any visible damage should be reported immediately to the delivery agent and to Food Master within 24 hours.

10. Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
